To celebrate Lee Kum Kee’s partnership as the official sauce sponsor of 50 Best Restaurants, STADM designed and produced The Secret Sauce Speakeasy — an exclusive VIP pop-up event hosted at Craft Creamery in Las Vegas during the inaugural 50 Best Chefs North America celebration. Inspired by the intrigue of a hidden bar and the culinary versatility of Lee Kum Kee’s sauces, STADM transformed the space into an atmospheric speakeasy experience that celebrated flavor as art. The evening featured an inventive cocktail program by GN Chen of Double Chicken Please and a bespoke tasting menu by Rodolfo Guzmán of Boragó, Chile. Every dish and drink revealed a “secret sauce” — each creation built around a Lee Kum Kee ingredient, reframed through the lens of world-class mixology and gastronomy. The result was a sensorial journey that elevated the brand beyond the kitchen and into cultural storytelling — a night where global culinary mastery met the essence of flavor innovation. Through thoughtful curation, design, and storytelling, STADM positioned Lee Kum Kee at the center of the fine-dining conversation, celebrating chefs, creativity, and the sauces that bring it all together.
